Street Dance

Our Street Dance classes are a very practical; participants will get stuck straight in learning street dance moves and a full-choreographed routine that will even impress yourself! During the street dance cases we will teach a few common street dance moves for beginners and step by step instructions on how to do the dance moves. These street classes are for beginners but we can customise the workshop to be appropriate for all ages. No experience is necessary for the workshop, we do recommend clothes and footwear and you are ready to begin dancing.

Bollywood Dance

Our Bollywood Dance classes offer innovative ways to learn, workout and perform to any Bollywood music. Whether you want to learn a particular dance style or get trained to perform on particular occasions. The time you spend here will be relaxing, energizing and fun! Bollywood Dance Classes are a great way not only to learn about Bollywood Dancing but to learn about the culture and origins of Bollywood.

Zumba® Dance

Our Zumba Classes are great for anyone who wishes to learn the basics, learn from top instructors how to do the latin-inspired dance. Using a very concise and structured teaching method, the students will have the possibility to acquire a solid foundation and consequently develop their leading/following techniques, rhythm, timing and creativity, style and confidence with ease whilst having fun!

Personal Fitness Trainer

Our Personal Fitness Trainer is a great way to get in shape with one to one or group classes! Need that personal touch to make sure you reach your fitness goals? Bootcamp Health & Fitness Training

Our Bootcamp in Health & Fitness is a more intense way of getting fit! Bootcamp is a great way of learning about fitness and getting fit. By providing a mixture of exercises and cardiovascular training, a good boot camp lesson will work the heart and lungs and give almost every muscle in your body a workout. Sessions involve a warm-up and cool-down, bodyweight exercises, running, stretching, and relays.  Suitable for beginners looking to learn and boost fitness levels, whist maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Boxercise

Our Boxercise classes are one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. Combining the use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. A great workout helping body fitness, hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise is great for all no matter what your fitness level.  Have incredible fun whilst increasing your fitness, muscle tone and flexibility along the way.

Martial Arts

Our Martial Arts classes are great for anyone who wishes to learn the self defence, from Karate, Judo, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Jeet Kune Do. Trap Academy has a range of lessons for all abilities; learn from top instructors using structured teaching methods. Participants will learn and acquire a solid foundation of the chosen Martial Art and consequently develop their skills. Classes will help participants to understand discipline, self defence and other cultures whilst having an enjoyable time.

Street Fit

Our Street Fit classes are a unique offering participants a change to learn street dancing whilst understanding the benefits of fitness! Street Fit encourages individuality, originality, and personal style.  Participants will learn the latest street dance moves and techniques such as free styling, breaking, waving, popping, and locking from our top street dancers, and discover how this dance form is rooted and influenced by traditional African dance. Our Street fit dance workshops is a great, fun filled form of cardiovascular exercise, which can burn as many calories as swimming or riding a bike and at the same time increases bone density.

Our classes are designed to be customised according to your requirments and are a natural compliment to anyone wishing to improve and learn.
