Trap Academy Boot Camp is an exciting way to get in shape, Boot Camp is a non-military, non residential, outdoor fitness program that is suitable for adults of all, shapes, sizes and fitness levels with brilliant fitness instructors who will get the very best out of you.
Our aim is to get people out of the gym and into the fresh air to exercise, get in shape, and have fun with other like-minded individuals!
We'll show you that exercise really can be a fun and rewarding experience!
What Can You Expect?
We run a range of camps to suit all timetables, both early morning and evenings. Each session is 45 minutes long. Make sure you arrive a few minutes before each session to ensure you are ready to go straight into the warm up.
Groups: we only take up to 30 people per camp to ensure you are getting the attention and guidance you need to achieve your goals. We know that the psychology of motivating people to exercise is as important as the exercise itself, so making sure that you are not only in a learning environment but a friendly one is one of our keys to success.
Trap Academy Summer Boot Camp aims for every day to be different to keep it fresh, appealing and enjoyable. Our program has been designed with a science to get maximum results and ensure that you feel happier and fitter.
When you undertake the Trap Academy Boot Camp you can expect to see significant changes in fitness levels and motivation for exercise. As you progress through each session you will start to see rapid changes in fitness levels. If you attend regularly you will not believe how fit you will become in a short space of time.
If I don’t Exercise regularly will I struggle?
No! Sessions are structured to suit all capabilities and fitness levels. You will be motivated by your trainer and others in your group to do your best so that you can achieve your full potential. All sessions are designed so that you enjoy yourself but challenge yourself physically in a way you never thought possible.

Our Staff
All our staff are highly trained fitness experts and hold fitness qualifications, a current first aid certificate and current professional indemnity insurance. Instructors run all the activities encouraging and supporting you along the way. We pride ourselves in not only delivering the best instructors but in making sure that you are getting what you need! Boot Camp Prices
Sessions run once a week for 45mins.
£10 - Per session when minimum of 6 sessions booked
£15 - For pay as you go (per session)
Initial sign up fee of £35 recieve a free Boot Camp T-Shirt cost also covers admin and insurance.
For and extra £6.50 per session receieve a healthy breakfast pack!
FAQ
Q. How long are the sessions?
A. Each session is 60 minutes long. Make sure you arrive a few minutes before each session to ensure you are ready to go straight into the warm up.
Q. What sort of exercises will I be doing at Boot Camp?
A. Each session will comprise of stretching, callisthenics (press-ups, sit-ups, flutter kicks, etc), strength workouts using body weight, partner assisted exercises, medicine balls, running drills and various other exercises such as Boxercise, Circuit Training, Body Pump, Core Training, Team Games and Body Combat.
Q. I have never done anything like this before, will I cope?
A. Yes. You don't need to be in great shape to take part. It will be our job to help you to get you fit and in shape. We train people of all shape, sizes, ages, male or female and all of our members will be pushed to the maximum of their ability.
Q. What happens if I don't show up or I miss a session?
A. There are no refunds for missed sessions. If you don't show up, we will assume you are not coming and continue the lesson as planned. But because you will have such a great time and want the best results possible you will not miss any sessions!Q. What do I need to bring, wear, etc?
A. You will need to bring plenty of water to keep you hydrated but will need very little else. With regards what to wear, that depends on the weather. During cold weather a tracksuit or other similar comfortable clothing is advisable and a hat, gloves and a warm top for when the workout has finished are recommended. During warm weather a T-shirt and shorts or tracksuit bottoms will be adequate. Terms & Conditions
Please note that the following terms & conditions apply to all Trap Academy Boot Camps and your booking a place will constitute your acceptance of these:
We require a minimum of 10 people to run a camp and therefore we reserve the right to cancel a camp prior to the start date advertised on this website should we not have sufficient uptake. In the event that we do cancel a camp, your deposit will be refunded in full.
We reserve the right to change trainers at any point during the course of a camp.
Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the start of the camp.
The balance of the camp fee must be paid prior to the commencement of the camp and you are liable for the full camp fee if you withdraw from a camp less than 24 hours prior to its start. You will be provided with details of how to settle the balance of the camp fee after booking your place.
If you fail to settle the balance of your camp fee prior to the start of camp you may be refused admittance to sessions. You will not be reimbursed for any sessions that you are refused admittance to and you will remain liable for the full boot camp fee in respect thereof.
If you withdraw from the camp at any point during its duration due to illness or injury (save for an injury suffered during one of the camp sessions, of which you notify the instructor present at the time), or for any other reason whatsoever you shall remain liable for the full amount of the camp fee and no part of this shall be refunded to you or transferred to another camp.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and do not suffer from any condition(s) or physical impairment(s) which could prevent you from completing the boot camp sessions safely. You must notify your instructor prior to commencing any boot camp session of any such condition(s) or physical impairment(s) which could prevent your safe participation in the boot camp exercise programme and seek medical advice in respect of the same.
You will be required to complete a health & safety questionnaire and disclaimer form prior to commencing any boot camp and must hand this, completed, to your instructor prior to commencing any boot camp sessions. No amendments by you to the form of disclaimer will be accepted.
If you attend all of the camp sessions and follow the nutritional advice we provide in the supplementary emails that accompany the camp sessions, and you still aren't happy with the results you have achieved we will refund your full camp fee.
