The Holiday Courses will enable you to choose from a variety of courses ranging from Street Fit, Break Dance, Boxercise, Martial Arts and many more! The courses are open to students of all age groups and will consist of beginners, intermediate and advanced level groups so that you can learn at your own pace.

Private Lessons & 1-2-1 Coaching & Choreography
Trap Academy offers a variety of 1-2-1 Coaching & Choreography aimed at individuals or small groups who want to received a more tailored and individual style of learning. If you are looking for an extra edge or you find going to classes intimidating, 1-2-1 offers you the chance to learn in a private environment. We offer a huge range of classes catering for all who wish to learn to dance get fit or do both at the same time!
You will have the advantage of a teacher to yourself, with their lesson plans and strategies of teaching designed just for you!
Away from the bustle of a large group, you will feel more able to voice your difficulties; and having just one pupil to deal with, the teacher will be more capable of resolving them.
Anyone can take part in 1-2-1; its open to all levels and you can take from the lesson what you want. A good instructor will be able to show you a routine that are appropriate for your level of fitness and movement.
For those new to1-2-1 it is an excellent way to get comfortable with the fundamentals before you join a group lesson or begin dancing or performing. For those with a little more experience who perhaps are currently studying,
1-2-1 can be an excellent way to work on specific problem areas or to make sure that bad habits are recognized and stopped before they become ingrained. And for those more intermediate/advanced dancers, private lessons can be an excellent way to further refine your skills and perhaps even develop your performance skills.
1-2-1 offers a learning pace that is tuned to you in particular, which usually means a slightly accelerated learning pace over group classes. 1-2-1 is also good for being coached on what you should feel like, since the instructor can give you feedback on a moment-to-moment basis.

Trap Academy Boot Camp is an exciting way to get in shape, Boot Camp is a non-military, non residential, outdoor fitness program that is suitable for adults of all, shapes, sizes and fitness levels with brilliant fitness instructors who will get the very best out of you.
Our aim is to get people out of the gym and into the fresh air to exercise, get in shape, and have fun with other like-minded individuals!
We'll show you that exercise really can be a fun and rewarding experience!
We run a range of camps to suit all timetables, both early morning and evenings. Each session is 45 minutes long. Make sure you arrive a few minutes before each session to ensure you are ready to go straight into the warm up.
Groups: we only take up to 30 people per camp to ensure you are getting the attention and guidance you need to achieve your goals. We know that the psychology of motivating people to exercise is as important as the exercise itself, so making sure that you are not only in a learning environment but a friendly one is one of our keys to success.
Trap Academy Summer Boot Camp aims for every day to be different to keep it fresh, appealing and enjoyable. Our program has been designed with a science to get maximum results and ensure that you feel happier and fitter.
